How long does shipping take?
7–10 business days to the US and Canada, 8–14 to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You get a tracking link by email once it ships.

What is your return policy?

Can I change my address?

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Australia and New Zealand.
Does it replace my full-size straightener?
No. Do your hair at home like you normally would. This is for fixing it later in the day: bangs, face-framing pieces, flyaways.
How hot does it get?
Up to 180°C (356°F).
How long does the battery last?
About 15 minutes of heat per full charge. A touch-up takes a minute or two, so that's enough for a day in your bag. Charge it overnight with any USB-C cable.
How long does it take to charge?
About 2 hours with any USB-C cable.
Does it work on short hair?
Yes. It works best on bangs, face-framing pieces and short or fine hair. It won't style long, thick hair from scratch.
Can I bring it on a plane?
Yes, in your carry-on. US airline rules ban cordless lithium hair tools from checked bags, so keep it in your hand luggage with the cap on.
