This website, oaklo.shop, is operated by Oaklo. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. Product photos are for illustration; colours can look slightly different on different screens. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or there was an error in price or availability. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Product use

Heated styling tools get hot. Read the instructions that come with the product, keep it away from water and out of reach of children, and let it cool before storing it.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, as set out in our Refund policy, and except where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to Oaklo or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oaklo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
