Where to find your tracking

  1. Order placedYou get an order confirmation email right away.
  2. ShippedWhen it ships we email your tracking number and a tracking link.
  3. On the wayTap the link in that email any time to see where it is. Delivery takes 7–10 business days to the US and Canada, 8–14 to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
  4. DeliveredNot there when tracking says delivered? Message us with your order number.
