Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every Oaklo order, with no minimum.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there yet.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States and Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 14 business days
These are estimates. Busy periods such as the holidays and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page.
Duties and taxes
Any taxes shown at checkout are included in your order total. In some countries the carrier or customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility unless they were charged at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has stopped moving for more than 7 days, email support@oaklo.shop with your order number. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement.
Delivered but not received
Once tracking shows an order as delivered to the address entered at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are later lost or stolen. Please check with neighbours, your building or the local post office, and contact the carrier.
Wrong address
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. We can change the address only if you email us before the order is processed for shipping. Parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly are not eligible for a free reshipment or refund; see our Refund policy.
Batteries
Some Oaklo products contain a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and ship by ground or air services that accept battery-powered devices, which can affect which carrier is used.
